Mark your calendars for the Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the latest research on March 27th at 5:30. This indispensable program will be led by, Kathryn Keary from the Alzheimer‘s Association of Northeastern New York.

Both programs are free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
